1. Service Description

SwitchToWM is a co-op marketing platform that connects consumers with World Mobile phone plans through a network of affiliate partners. We provide savings estimates, device compatibility checks, and referral links.

2. Affiliate Relationship

SwitchToWM is an independent marketing partner of World Mobile. We are not World Mobile. We earn commissions on qualified signups through our partner network. Prices shown are World Mobile's standard pricing.

3. User Obligations

• You must be 18 or older to sign up for services
• Information you provide must be accurate
• You may not use our service for fraudulent purposes

4. Partner Obligations

• Partners must have valid World Mobile affiliate accounts
• Partners must comply with all applicable advertising laws
• Partners must not make false claims about World Mobile services
• Partners share revenue based on agreed commission structure

5. Revenue Share

SwitchToWM retains a portion of affiliate commissions to fund ongoing marketing and operations. The specific revenue share percentage is agreed upon during partner onboarding. Boost reinvestment is optional and controlled by the admin.

6. Disclaimer

Savings estimates are based on user-reported data and are not guaranteed. Actual savings depend on your current carrier, plan, and usage. World Mobile coverage and speeds vary by location.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the partnership with 7 days notice. Upon termination, unused ad_balance is forfeited (goes to the co-op fund). Active leads captured before termination remain attributed to the partner.
